Dr Tracey Meyer (Master Podiatrist)
B. Sc., B. App. Sc (Pod)., Mast. Hth. Sc. (Pod), Dip of Business, Cert IV Training & Assessment
Our Master Podiatrist, Tracey Meyer, has been practicing for over 25 years. She is committed to continuing her education and is an enthusiastic and active member of the Australian Podiatry Association.
Tracey was educated at St Joseph's College Mildura and then attended University in Adelaide and University of South Australia for 6 years to obtain both her science and podiatry degrees, achieving multiple awards in her final year. She completed a Diploma of Business at Sunraysia Institute of TAFE in 2004. She completed her Masters in Health Science (Podiatry) at the University of South Australia in November 2011 making her one of the most highly educated podiatrists in the Sunraysia area! She recently has recently completed her Certificate IV in Training and Assessment at SuniTAFE Mildura with a view to entering into the education and training sector. Tracey has also completed "Acupuncture for Podiatrists" at Sportsmed in May 2012.
She has had experience in all facets of podiatry, returning to Mildura to work at the Merbein Community Health Centre in 1995. Since this time she has spoken at many local community organisations and officially opened North West Podiatry (now the Irymple Foot Clinic) on 13th October 2003.
Tracey enjoys cross-stitch, knitting, craft, silk/glass painting, fishing and organic vegetable gardening, producing fresh fruit, vegetables and eggs for her family - the chooks do the egg bit :). She also enjoys walking and mountain bike riding with Andrew (her partner), Bailey (her son) and their two Kelpies Amber & Bundy (the dogs run, they don't actually ride bikes!). Tracey and her partner Andrew have three children Amy (26), Tyler (19) and Bailey (17). Amy is a Doctor in Ballarat, Tyler lives in Queensland and Bailey attends Mildura Senior College.
Dr Kirsty Telfer - Podiatrist
Kirsty was born in Mildura, educated at Merbein Primary, Merbein Secondary and Mildura Senior College and finished her final year of her Podiatry studies (Bachelor of Health Science / Master of Podiatric Practice) at Latrobe University, Bendigo campus in 2015.
She has been to the Athletes Foot and Mildura, Waves pool in 2017 performing free foot checks and has completed a number of presentations on foot health to the Mildura and Merbein Rotary clubs.
Kirsty completed a Dry Needling for Podiatrists course in September 2016 and a Wound Care Management course in November 2017. She has completed her "Diabetes Qualified" course with Diabetes NSW/ACT and is currently doing further studies in clinical biomechanics.
Kirsty currently lives in Merbein and enjoys spending time with friends and family and playing many different sports including softball and soccer.
Dr Annalyce Middleton - Podiatrist
Annalyce was born and raised in the Mildura area. She attended Ranfurly Primary School, Trinity Lutheran College and Mildura Senior College for her schooling years. She then completed her first year of podiatry at the La Trobe University Mildura campus before moving to Bendigo to complete her Podiatry degree (Bachelor of Health Science / Master of Podiatric Practice).
In 2014 Annalyce spent almost a year as a receptionist/assistant here at the Irymple Foot Clinic, which she feels gave her a true insight into what podiatry is and how to help people through the profession.
Annalyce loves being back in her hometown and enjoys stand-up paddle boarding on the Murray, playing all kinds of sports; especially netball and spending time with her family
Jenny Soeffky - Senior Locum Podiatrist
Jenny grew up in rural South Eastern Melbourne. She moved to Adelaide at 22, working as a sales rep for a vitamin and health food business. After marrying and having three children, she returned to the workforce selling shoes.
She trained as a shoe fitter at TAFE, and whilst doing that it sparked an interest in Podiatry. After enquiries she started her journey by returning to high school to complete year 12, starting her study, a Bachelor of Podiatry at University of South Australia in 2000.
Since completing her degree she has worked in Aged care, Community Health and ran her own Private Practice for 8 years in Adelaide. After selling her practice in 2012, she started working as a locum Podiatrist, filling in at Podiatry practices in and around Adelaide and around Australia. She has extensive experience in many aspects of Podiatry, enjoying a challenge, a chat and a laugh.
She began working as a locum for us here at Irymple Foot Clinic in 2013 and has returned for many visits to Mildura, not all of them for work!
Jenny loves travel, creative arts, art deco, op-shopping, catching up with friends and her family. She has a wonderful husband, Ralph, and three grown up children living in Adelaide.
Melinda Fulton - (Reception / Podiatry Assistant)
Diploma of Education
Melinda was born in Mildura, educated at Mildura Central Primary School, Mildura Technical College and then went to Bendigo and successfully completed her diploma of Primary School Teaching. She lived in Adelaide for 7 years (we won't hold that against her) where her two girls Bridie and Dana were born.
In 2001 she returned to Mildura and has worked at many local business including Richies Supermarket. Since moving back she has had two more children, two boys, Asher and Caelan. She joined the Irymple Foot Clinic team in 2013 and is a happy and bubbly presence at the front desk.
Melinda has completed a professional workshops in infection control in Hobart Tasmania and more recently in Brisbane Queensland. She is proud to apply her knowledge to the Irymple Foot Clinic setting. She ensures that the clinic is spottless and maintains superior standards in infection control.
Melinda lives in Irymple and enjoys gardening, socialising and running around after her four active children.
Mollie Lynch (Reception / Podiatry Assistant)
Studying Bachelor of Human Services and Masters of Social Work
Mollie was born in Mildura and was educated at St Josephs and Mildura Senior College and now attends Latrobe University studying for her Bachelor of Human Services and Master of Social Work.
She is friendly and bubbly and we are glad to have her as part of our team here at Irymple Foot Clinic!
In her spare time Mollie enjoys being active, spending time with friends, family and her German Shepard Mac.
Ebony Darnell - (Reception / Podiatry Assistant)
Ebony was born in Horsham Victoria in 1996, attending St Michaels & Johns Primary School then progressing to St Bridget’s College. She moved up to Mildura in 2013 where she attended Mildura Senior College. Horses are Ebony’s passion as she has grown up with them her whole live and even worked on a Professional Horse Stud in Melbourne training and competing with client’s horses. She also has two of her own horses Heiress and Beetle who she loves to take out for a ride. Her two dogs Mishka (Huskie) and Archie (Sausage Dog) are equally important in her life! Ebony is warm and bubbly, loves a chat and will make you feel welcome and cared for here at Irymple Foot Clinic.
Michelle Gray - Diabetes Educator (MDES)
BN, GDipHealthScDiab, GDipHumNutr.
MichelleGray has been a nurse for 23 years and has worked in both hospital and community settings. She has held a range of positions in Tasmania, Northern Territory and Victoria She has lived in Mildura for 13 years and during that time has worked at the Mallee District Aboriginal Service as a Credentialed Diabetes Educator. Michelle has 17 years of experience as a Diabetes Educator.
Michelle obtained her Bachelor of Science (Nursing) at the University of Tasmania and since then has achieved a Post Graduate Diploma Health Science (Diabetes Education), Post Graduate Diploma Human Nutrition and Cert 4 in Fitness.
Her philosophy is small changes have a big impact on our health. Michelle is passionate about helping clients to see the potential of health improvements through small changes. Diabetes causes nothing, poorly controlled diabetes causes complications.
In her spare time Michelle enjoys travelling and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
